Return Policy

At the Side X Side Nation store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
• Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• A refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@sxsnation.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
